Get to know Dentist Dr. Mark M. De Leon, who serves patients in Glendale, California.

Dr. De Leon is a highly experienced and attentive dentist who tends to patients’ dental needs at his private practice in Glendale, California. He diagnoses, treats, and teaches patients about daily care of teeth & dietary choices related to the gums and other parts of the mouth.

Attributing his success to his ability to keep up with new changes in the industry, some of the dental services that he offers include: general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, orthodontics, and more.

After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, Dr. De Leon went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Northwestern University Dental School.

A member of the Glendale Academy of Dentists, he is board-certified through the American Board of Orthodontics, whose mission is to elevate the quality of orthodontic care for the public by promoting excellence through certification, education, and professional collaboration. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. De Leon enjoys gardening and traveling. His favorite professional publications include The Journal of the American Dental Association and Dental Equipment Journal.
