Dr Renee Smith took a chance when she performed my knee replacement. at 51 I was morbidly obese and unlikely candidate for successful knee replacement. Combined with the fact I weighed over 300 pounds smoked a pack daily since 14 ...but my knee was shot out I had hard time walking in the end. Dr Smith wanted to see that I was willing to change my unhealthy ways I gave her my word. Today I work out every other day. My pant & bra size has dropped from 52 inch waist. 54 G to 36 D size 9 pants 180 lbs ...I haven't smoked since released from knee replacement April 1, 2013 I feel healthy happy and Content within....at 54 I have the energy of a 20 year old. Dr Smith took a chance and gave me the opportunity to seize 2nd chance to be healthy. I'm so grateful for this blessing I appreciate every breath I get to inhale. I'm living my dreams Thank you Dr Smith you will forever have a place in my heart and soul for believing in me when nobody else did. I love you,
The office staff and the Dr. Smith , were great and very professional.

All I can say is this... The micro fracture/Stem Cell/PRP procedure I had performed by Dr Renee Smith has changed my life! When I was told that I was a candidate for complete knee replacement I had asked if there was any alternative. Dr Renee Smith gave me an alternative not many Drs would have and I'm nearly 100% better off for it physically, mentally, and emotionally! I had my surgery 32 days ago and I'm on a exercise bike for 20-30 min a day, and treading water 45-60 mins 4 times a week. Oh and most importantly, pain free!!!
Phenomenal bedside manner, and very pleased with my surgery from the beginning to the end. Recovery process is going well. I would recommend dr.smith to anybody!

Dr. Smith was the surgeon on both my torn bicep and ACL/Menicus. Both surgeries went perfect and I have healed from both. She is an outstanding physician and person, I would go to no one else!

Amazingly! I came to Dr Smith with a rotator cuff tear it n my shoulder. Another very respected Ortho Surgeon in the area had already told me I had no real choice but surgery. When Dr Smith also suggested the exact same surgical approach, I asked if there wasn't some other way to try first. She allowed that we could try PRP injection, a new form of using the body's own systems and blood products to promote healing but was careful not to promise that I would not still need surgery. Four weeks ago I had her draw my own blood and create my own personalized PRP injection. Today I have full range of motion, healing without any surgical trauma to my body and I feel like I've never been injured!

So I've been a patient of Dr Smiths since August 2015 when I injured my knee. She did micro fracture therapy and a meniscus trim. Throughout the process she's been attentive and informative.she really took the time to explain my injury and address any concerns I had . Going into the surgery I felt confident about the procedure and the recovery process. About 5 mo after my first surgery I re injured my knee and was back at Dr. Smiths. I was kinda embarrassed that I was back so soon but she assured me that with another surgery and proper rehab I could get back to 100%. And now 3 months after my second surgery I'm surfing and hiking with my dogs. I couldn't be more stoked. Great Doctor and great office staff.

Dr. Smith exemplifies the reward one can have for getting second medical opinion. Doctor Renee Smith performs thorough exams like no other. Now over 60 years old, I've seen many MD's who barely engage you during that precious 8 minute visit. I was amazed to have 40 minutes of Q&A with Dr. Smith followed by treatment. I received thoughtful and detailed explanation of my medical issues and therapeutic strategies. I highly recommended Dr. Renee Smith!
