Dr. Kluska is triple board certified in Cosmetic Surgery (American Board of Cosmetic Surgery- ABCS), Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery and GeneralSurgery (American Osteopathic Board of Surgery- AOBS). After pursuing an undergraduate degree in Artat Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA. He attended medical school at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, followed by an internship and general surgery residency at theCleveland Clinic Health System - South Pointe Hospital. He further continued his training with a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Ohio University, Cleveland Clinic Health Systemand South Pointe Hospital.
After seven years as an elite member of the Board of Trustees for the AACS and co-chairman for the Annual Scientific Meeting of the AACS, Dr. Kluska was appointed the prestigious position in 2017 as the President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS).
Dr. Kluska was in private practice for 15 years in his native town of Pittsburgh, PA and then recruited to spearhead a cosmetic surgery destination program at The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia where he served for the past four years as the Medical Director for The Greenbrier Center for Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa, The Greenbrier Ambulatory Surgicenter and the Rejuvenation Center in Beckley, WV. Following this, Dr. Kluska joined Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga, TN where he practiced for 5 years. With new additions to his family including a grandson and one on the way, Dr. Kluska and his wife Melissa decided too move closer to family in Greenville, SC. As a result, he joined Meadows Surgical Arts in Buford and Commerce, GA.
He is highly sought after for his expert advice and opinion about cosmetic surgery by radio and television as well as, cosmetic surgical publications including; Plastic Surgery Practices where he served on the editorial advisory board, Cosmetic Surgery Times, and New You. Any type of cosmetic surgery takes you back in time. There is no permanency to any surgery but if it takes 10 years off of you and you’re 50 years old when you have the surgery, then when you’re 60 years old, you will look 50. READ MORE
How painful is a breast lift?
Excellent question! In the world of surgery, skin and fat alone don’t hurt that much and thus mastopexy alone is relatively not painful and Maoist patients recover within days. READ MORE
How long after liposuction will I see results?
In general liposuction yields results relatively quickly within 4 to 6 weeks one swelling starts to subside. That said the final results on liposuction usually take 6 to 12 months until all swelling is gone and contours even out. READ MORE
What is the recovery time for liposuction on thighs?
In general liposuction usually requires 3 to 5 days of downtime after initial surgery and then you can resume daily activity. Full activity, i.e. getting back to the gym, etc. usually can happen following liposuction at the 2 to 3 week mark READ MORE
Can I have another rhinoplasty years later?
Yes, it is possible to have a secondary rhinoplasty falling in an original surgery. Be sure to make sure that the surgeon you’re speaking with knows you’ve had a previous rhinoplasty and is comfortable going back in to perform secondary surgery. READ MORE
How long does a breast lift last?
There is no surgery that is permanent. That being said following any type of surgery, the result will take you back in time. In regards to Mastopexy alone your breasts will never sag quite as far as they did prior to the surgery and if you add an implant, the results will last even longer. READ MORE

Is there a lot of pain after a facelift?
In general, facelift surgery it has minimal pain. Although it is somewhat uncomfortable the first few days because you have a head wrap on. Most patients do very well with oral antibiotics and Tylenol and eventually switching over to Advil for the pain. Do you have to take any medications after rhinoplasty?
Most of my patients are placed on a broad spectrum anabiotic for 5 to 7 days along with some type of pain pill for the first 24 to 48 hours. In general rhinoplasty is not that painful it’s just uncomfortable because many times the nose has packing in it, and it’s difficult to breathe. Can I speed up my facelift recovery?
The easiest way to heal from facelift surgery is to make sure that you’re eating well high protein, diet, along with low salt, plenty of fluids and head elevation.
