Throughout his academic career, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University (1991-1995) and continued his academic pursuits at Dalhousie University, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microbiology and Immunology (1995-1997). He further honed his expertise at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (2003-2007). His commitment to excellence in dentistry led him to New York University, where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

With a dedication to advancing his skills, Dr. Sinha completed a General Practice Residency at Pennisula Hospital in 2002-2003, solidifying his expertise in general practice and laying the groundwork for his specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dedicated to clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) is the certifying board for the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery in the United States and is recognized and approved by the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association.

In order to stay up to date in his field, Dr. Sinha is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Maxillofacial Implantology, and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. 

Oral and maxillofacial surgery specializes in surgery of the face, mouth, and jaws. It is an internationally recognized surgical specialty. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons are dental specialists who treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. Their training involves a four-year graduate degree in dentistry and the completion of a minimum four-year hospital surgical residency program.

On a more personal note, Dr. Sinha has a passion for hockey, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, skiing, and engaging in team sports like baseball and basketball.
