She was on faculty at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and an attending physician at the VA Medical Center in Cleveland, which is an affiliate teaching hospital of Case Western University.

Among the doctor’s most notable achievements, she is the Founder of Sikh Kid to Kid, which was in the final 30 of the Forbes “30 Under 30” competition. She is also active in her community, promoting women & peace initiatives.

Throughout her line of work, Dr. Kaur pioneered Montgomery County Schools multicultural approach to teach other faiths, and participated in Interfaith Concerts in Washington D.C.

In addition to English, she is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and Marati.
