    Sorry about your husband's inability to eat. It is unlikely Parkinson's Disease. It is possible that it is the meds, but unlikely, so I presume the neurologist has changed the meds to rule this out. Unfortunately, I would be very worried about a non-neurological problem like a disease of the pancreas. I would agree with you that "just inflammation" found on the scoping is also unlikely to lead to 40# weight loss. READ MORE
