Hilary Gaudreau, MD, is an established obstetrician and gynecologist with Northside OB/GYN in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Gaudreau earned her MD at Indiana University School of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency at St. Vincent Hospital in 2002. She always knew she wanted to be a physician, but it wasnâ??t until her third year of med school, during the Ob/Gyn rotation, that she discovered her love for the field. Dr. Gaudreau was inspired by great people, enjoyed the fast pace, and relished the opportunity to help women maintain and improve their health. Since her residency, Dr. Gaudreau has grown to love her job even more, and she continues to find avenues for continued learning. During her residency, scarless and minimally invasive surgeries were not yet standard parts of the curriculum as they are now. So, after completing her residency, Dr. Gaudreau trained in these areas and was later scouted by the da Vinci Company to train to perform da Vinci robotic surgery. Additionally, she maintains active memberships with the Indiana State Medical Association.
