Dr. Panneton’s illustrious career includes serving as the Fellowship Program Director, Chief of Vascular Surgery, and Professor of Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, where he directed clinical research in the Division of Vascular Surgery and held the position of Associate Professor of Surgery at Mayo Medical School.

A distinguished academic, Dr. Panneton earned his Medical Degree from Université de Montréal Faculty of Medicine in 1987 and completed his residency in general surgery and fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Montreal from 1987 to 1993. He further honed his skills through fellowships at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota and the University of Glasgow in Scotland, solidifying his expertise in complex vascular procedures.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Panneton’s credentials attest to his exceptional skill and dedication to the field of vascular surgery.
