Cut back on carbohydrates as advocated by Dr. Richard Bernstein back in 1969 in his book, THE DIABETES SOLUTION, when he was suffering many complications of diabetes. He is now 87 and has lived with type one diabetes for 87 years and has no complications. I am author of A DIABETIC DOCTOR LOOKS AT DIABETES HIS AND YOURS and have lived with type 1 diabetes for 52 years and hope to do as well as Dr Bernstein. There is another product, Anovite colostrum6, which reverses diabetes and obesity. Dr. Kleinsmith, the founder, has reviewed hundreds of scientific studies on how good it is, probably better than some of the other products out there. READ MORE
