Dr. Morton attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, graduating with his Medical Degree in 1997. Thereafter, he undertook his internship and residency at University of Maryland, followed by his fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
