How can I correct the hunch in my back?

Painful knees may be the result of referred pain from the hips, a secondary overuse syndrome from compensation for the hips, an entirely separate problem or additional knee arthritis. You should have this evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon. READ MORE
Does a sprain require me to be on bedrest?
Although lots of elevation of the affected limb is needed to control swelling, bed rest is certainly not recommended because of the lack of mobility increasing the risk of a blood clot. What impact can my excess weight have on my knees?
Low impact exercise is preferred to minimize load on the joints, especially in overweight patients. The increased weight can accelerate cartilage loss. Low impact exercises include bicycling, elliptical machine, swimming, and some weight machines. READ MORE
Can heel spurs be treated?
