I have been going to Dr. Fialkoff for years. Although I think she is a very good doctor her office staff and front desk employees are the worse, most miserable people I have ever encountered. After making my daughter wait for almost 1.5 hours, they were rude, obnoxious and nasty in front of my 9 year old daughter. The office manager is every bit as rude. Nasty, nasty people.
