Dr. Gary is a board-certified and fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist who specializes in minimally-invasive breast surgery, including oncoplastic surgery, hidden-scar nipple sparing mastectomy, intraoperative radiotherapy, and lymph node-sparing surgery. She practices at Grand View Surgical Associates in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. 

As part of Grand View Health, the surgeons of Grand View Surgical Associates are skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad spectrum of diseases and medical problems for patients of all ages. Experienced and compassionate care is available to treat a wide range of routine and complex medical conditions and procedures.

Among her work experience, Dr. Gary also serves in other professional roles at Grand View Health, including Medical Director of the Cancer Program, Program Leader for the NAPBC-accredited Breast Program, and Director of the Cancer Genetics and Risk Assessment Program. She is passionate about using her expertise to develop programs to address cancer risk and prevention, research and healthcare inequality in and around the greater Philadelphia area.

Committed to empowering the next generation, she holds clinical faculty appointments for both Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Gary earned her Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005, followed by her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the same educational venue in 2009. She then completed her residency in general surgery at UMass/Berkshire Medical Center in 2014, followed by her fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Georgetown University Medical Center in 2015. 

In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the doctor is board-certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.

Surgery is an essential part of treating breast cancer. Breast surgical oncologists specialize in the treatment of breast cancer using various surgical techniques depending on each patient’s condition. There are many considerations that help to determine the most appropriate surgical approach for each breast cancer patient.

Being a passionate community health advocate, Dr. Gray volunteers with the LiveStrong Program, the American Cancer Society, Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia, and Women of Faith and Hope, a local nonprofit for women of color dealing with breast cancer.
