    One possible condition is cholestasis in which the normal flow of bile is affected by high levels of pregnancy hormone. Another possible condition is PUPPS which results in a hive like rash (cause is unknown). Treatment for this includes topical corticosteroids/antihistamines/pine tar soap.     You should allow yourself to have a period and restart the pack next month. If you skip more than 2 days it's not usually recommended to double up on missed pills. Please make sure to use a backup form of birth control in the meantime (condoms) READ MORE

    If the cervix is a little inflamed at the time of a pap, it can cause some bleeding/spotting. Inflammation can be caused by infection, but more so secondary to normal bacteria that reside in the vagina. I'm sure if anything looked abnormal your gynecologist would swab or let you know.
