VITAL: I experience a problem with Front Desk being provided with correct information on receipt of Referral from Primary Physician office. It would be beneficial to the patient if the referral came in to the Reception. Also, it is not comfortable to have on looker on senior patient. Why are Referral in the back verse front desk for patient to verify information on the correct procedure(s).Overall rating GREAT!
