Anastas C. Provatas, MD, is an established hematologist-oncologist who works at the University of Minnesota Physicians, Fairview Range Mesaba Clinic, and Grand Itasca Clinic in Hibbing, Minnesota. She is also a Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School. Dr. Provatas received his medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1985. He interned and served his residency at Yale University School of Medicine and completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Provatas is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology, and is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
