Dr. Yusufov is a remarkable dentist whose practice philosophy includes traditional medicine. Specializing in general and cosmetic dentistry, he is currently serving patients’ dental needs at NY1 Dental Associated, PC in New York City, New York.
NY1 Dental Associated, PC is a New York-based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. Striving to maintain the safest possible environment for his patients, Dr. Yusufov and his highly trained staff are dedicated to providing each patient with state-of-the-art dental treatment in a warm and caring environment. They offer services such as checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers, and more. They also perform emergency dentist services that include dental bonding, root canal treatment, and dental bridges.
In his current capacity, Dr. Yusufov also practices at Garden State Healthy Smiles PC in Long Branch, New York. He and Dr. Sevil Pinkhasov create lifelong relationships with patients and their families and work to ensure that they receive treatments in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Noted for his expertise in all facets of his work, especially craniofacial medicine, Dr. Yusufov attributes his success to having been involved in dentistry since the age of 14, helping his mother at work. After attending dental school, he completed a two-year residency in the former Soviet Union. He continued to pursue his education at the New York University College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1997.
Before long, he became board-certified by the North East Regional Board of Dental Examiners, which is now The Commission on Dental Competency Assessments (CDCA). It is the vision of the CDCA to be a preeminent resource in the development, innovation, and administration of competency assessments for the oral health professions.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
Committed to providing the highest level of competency and the best care available to his patients, Dr. Yusufov enthusiastically continues his education and attains certifications to meet the quality demands of today and the technology of tomorrow. He is continually raising the bar to challenge himself and achieve greater competencies.
