She took first place for her poster presentation, â??Identifying High-Risk Patients for Substance Abuse in the Stamford Communityâ? in a competition sponsored by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Connecticut chapter. She is a professional member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
