Dawn M. Grandison, DDS, is an established dentist who maintains her private practice, Smile to Smile Family Dental & Sedation Center, in Dover, Delaware. Smile-to-Smile Family Dental & Sedation Center, P.A. will allow Dr. Grandision to again make dental care possible for the apprehensive patient in southern Delaware and beyond. She is an advocate of empowering and mentoring her patients, and is happy to re-create great smiles that will be passed on. Dr. Grandison began her dental education in her native Island of Trinidad, West Indies, and transferred to Howard University, College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. In 2000, she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and went on to complete a two-year General Practice Residency at Louisiana State University, and the hospital system in New Orleans and Biloxi, Mississippi. She became certified to do conscious sedation and nitrous oxide or laughing gas. Dr Grandison is a member of the American Dental Society (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Delaware State Dental Society (DSDS) and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA). Dr. Grandison is a volunteer member of the Medical Reserve Service Corp and volunteers at the Hope Medical Clinic, dental section, at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Delaware.
