Get to know Psychologist Dr. Rhodri Scantlebury, who serves patients in Berkeley, California.

A committed neuropsychologist, Dr. Scantlebury is bringing over a decade of clinical experience to his practice. Specializing in psychotherapy, he focuses on treating mood and relational problems, providing a comprehensive approach to mental health and well-being.

Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of York, and both a Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He also completed his predoctoral internship at U.C.S.F./San Francisco General Hospital, gaining valuable experience in a diverse and challenging clinical environment.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Scantlebury has served as an adjunct professor at UC Berkeley for several years. His dedication to education demonstrates a commitment to sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of mental health practitioners.

His therapeutic approach is comprehensive and adaptable, combining both cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic frameworks. This integrative method allows him to address a wide range of challenges, from difficult life transitions to healing from past wounds.
