Melissa L. Wilson, MD, FACOG, is a leading obstetrician and gynecologist currently serving patients at Victoria Women's Clinic in Victoria, Texas, which she joined in 2007. Throughout her ten years of practice, she has accrued extensive expertise in minimally invasive surgery (DaVinci Robotics Surgery including Single-Site Hysterectomy), non-incision procedures and in office procedures, general and high-risk obstetrics, infertility, urogynecology and full range of other gynecologic services. During her residency, she received many honors including Outstanding First Year Resident Award and Outstanding Teaching Award as a Second Year Resident. She was also awarded the Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Award. She was elected and served as Administrative Chief Resident in 2006-2007. Dr. Johnson is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Additionally, in order to stay up to date on all medical advancements in her field, she maintains a professional membership with the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association.
