He enjoys cycling, portrait photography, traveling, listening to his vinyl collection, car shows, relaxing in the sun, spending time with family and playing with his husky.

Educated in the Philippines, Dr. Rivera graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2004. He then went on to perform his internship and his residency in orthopedic surgery at the said establishment from 2004-2005 and from 2005-2006, respectively.
With over two decades of experience under his belt, Dr. Rivera is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), and the American Board of Managed Care Medicine (ABMCM).
Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Rivera is an esteemed member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the California Academy of Family Physicians, the Los Angeles Medical Association, the American Medical Directors Association, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American College of Physicians, California Chapter.
