He received his bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami and earned his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. He also continues practices in the ER at Ascension Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL where he is also the Chief of Emergency Medicine.

Their goal is to empower each patient to take charge of their health through informed lifestyle decisions and changes, thereby leading them to living a healthier life.
Scholastically, Dr. Caraballo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, after which he performed his residency in emergency medicine at HCA Healthcare: East Florida Division GME: St. Lucie Medical Center.
Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in emergency medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). The AOBEM is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of acutely ill patients with advanced cardiac life support, trauma, and the management of other life-threatening medical issues (emergency physicians).
Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, Dr. Caraballo also continues practices in the ER at Ascension Mercy in Aurora, where he is the Chief of Emergency Medicine.
