Infected area under foot - wart?
It does look like a wart, however I would not use a nail clipper to remove the skin, instead use a puma stone to gently remove the dead skin. If it is infected you may need oral antibiotics. READ MORE
I have a mole on my feet?
I also recommend a biopsy for any new asymmetric lesions. It may be benign but a biopsy would confirm for sure. READ MORE

It really depends on the specific type of procedure and the surgeon performing the surgery, there are a lot of factors that dictate the length of surgery. It can range from 1 to 4 hours depending on what is being performed. Hope this helps! READ MORE

Why do my feet hurt when I wear flats or heels?
Depending on your foot type, whether you have a flat foot or a high arch, shoes play a very important role in foot pain. I would definitely avoid flats as they provide very little support around your foot and give you no shock absorption when walking, they also put your plantar fascia in a poor position. I would definitely choose a lace up running sneaker. The sneakers I recommend are New Balance, Brooks or Asics. My sneakers of choice are the Brooks Ghosts or Glycerin. You cannot go wrong with any of those options. Thanks and hope that helps. READ MORE
Can anyone get athlete's foot?
Foot Fungus aka Tinea Pedia aka Athlete's Foot is extremely common and can come from anywhere. Fungus lives in the lining of our shoes and all it takes is the right environment such as a moist, dark and hot, which describes the exact environment in your shoes. So for now start treating all your shoes with anti-fungal powder OTC and use Lamisil spray OTC, make sure you do not use any antifungal creams as this can add moisture and make it worse. READ MORE
Why are my feet so crooked?
Most foot deformities and problems are hereditary unfortunately and many are difficult to treat later in life and often require surgery. However at the very least I would recommend orthotics for your feet and put in your shoes/sneakers this can slow down the progression of your problems, however will not reverse any issues already present. Hope this helps. READ MORE
