Dr. Cameron A. Roth, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with a focus on hand, wrist, and upper extremity surgery, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and backgrounds at OrthoArizona. Operating out of the Sonoran Crossing and Peoria offices, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise in treating a wide range of conditions affecting the upper limb.
With a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Roth is committed to working closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their well-being and health. His approach emphasizes compassion, empathy, and thoughtful consideration, whether recommending conservative management strategies or surgical interventions.
Dr. Roth’s extensive training and expertise enable him to address a variety of conditions, including acute and chronic fractures, arthritis, ligament injuries, nerve disorders, and joint instability. He specializes in surgical procedures for upper limb trauma and complex post-traumatic reconstructions, offering comprehensive care for patients with sports-related injuries, arthritis, and compressive nerve entrapments.
A distinguished graduate of Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, Dr. Roth completed his residency at The University of Chicago Medicine and pursued further specialization through a fellowship at Harvard/Brigham and Women's Hospital, as well as a traveling fellowship in Bern, Switzerland. His dedication to advancing the field of orthopedic surgery is evident through his contributions to peer-reviewed research articles and active involvement in organizations such as the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) and The Journal of Hand Surgery. He also serves as a consultant to the MLB’s Chicago White Sox, as well as a mentor for students at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Roth is deeply committed to global health initiatives, having volunteered his time in Guatemala and Costa Rica to support underserved populations with English education and public health initiatives. In his leisure time, he enjoys running, practicing yoga, exploring new culinary experiences, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Dr. Roth’s fluency in both English and Spanish enhances his ability to connect with diverse patient populations, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the treatment process.
