Dahlia Ann Blake, MD, MBA, FCCP is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, sleep and internal medicine. Dr. Blake is a critical care doctor practicing at Memorial Healthcare System, FL, and a Medical Director of Case Management at Memorial Hospital Pemproke. She specializes in the needs of critically ill medical and surgical patients. Critical care doctors are trained to diagnose and treat all adult patients that are critically ill from various disorders. Dr. Blake has a broad knowledge base and full understanding of the physiology of the critically ill patient and the patients organ system functions. Additionally, she is the medical director for case management at Memorial Hospital Pemproke formerly known as clinical effectiveness. 

Dr. Blake is a clinical affiliate assistant professor at the FAU Charles E. Schmidt School of Medicine and teaching faculty for Memorial Healthcare System Internal Medicine Residency Program.
