Get to know Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Taylor Hobson, who serves patients throughout the State of California.

A committed orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Hobson is affiliated with the Center for Orthopedic Specialists, working with patients at their offices in Mission Hills, Tarzana, West Hills, and Westlake Village.

The Center for Orthopedic Specialists is committed to providing patients with a superior level of care in a friendly and personalized environment. Their practice is dedicated to providing orthopedic health care for their patients, with pleasant surroundings in a state-of-the-art facility.

Hailing from Upland, California, Dr. Hobson graduated with his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2017, and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In order to further his training, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2022, followed by a fellowship in sports medicine at University Hospitals in 2023.

Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.

Orthopedic surgery is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Orthopedic surgeons use both surgical and non-surgical means to treat musculoskeletal trauma, spine diseases, sports injuries, degenerative diseases, infections, tumors, and congenital disorders.

In his free time, Dr. Hobson enjoys working out, snowboarding, listening to music, watching Game of Thrones, and long walks on the beach.
