Dr. Kimchai Lowe is your friendly dentist anesthesiologist and the heart behind Sunset Anesthesia! Raised in Buras, Louisiana, she followed her heart to Houston after Hurricane Katrina. She then completed her Bachelor of Science Health Science Studies at Baylor University, where she enjoyed being a Baylor Bear (Sic'em!). Her dental dreams led her to Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where she received her DMD. She later completed her three year anesthesia residency in Chicago at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. In addition to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, she has worked at IMMC Dental Center, St. Bernard Hospital in southside Chicago, and Children's Wisconsin - one of the top pediatric hospitals in the nation. She received her board certification by the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and is also affiliated with the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology.
