Following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Missouri State University in 2009,  Dr. Loudill completed a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2010. He commenced his foray in the medical field with a medical degree acquired in 2014 at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He then served a transitional year at the University of Maryland-Midtown Campus (2014 – 2015), residency in diagnostic radiology at Brown Medical School (2015 – 2019), and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology through Oregon Health & Science University (2019 – 2020).

Licensed to practice in Texas, Dr. Loudill is board-certified diagnostic radiology with a certificate of added qualification in vascular and interventional radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Established in 1934, the American Board of Radiology is a not-for-profit physician-led organization with headquarters in Tucson, Arizona. It oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology and medical physics.

Radiology is the medical discipline that uses medical imaging to diagnose and treat diseases within the body. Interventional radiology is concerned with various minimally-invasive procedures using medical imaging guidance, such as x-ray fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound.
