Aleksandr has been a part of Integrated Pain Specialists since 2016. He is fluent in English, Swedish, and Russian. He is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program, class of 2015. Aleksandr’s interest and passion for medicine came at an early age, and lead him to pursue a pre-medical curriculum during his undergraduate years at UC Santa Barbara.
With a course load ranging from Biopsychology and Research Methods to Neuroscience and Physics, Aleksandr received a broad yet definitive start to his PA career. During his Physician Assistant studies, Aleksandr completed several rotations in Family Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, and General Surgery.
After graduation, Aleksandr moved to San Diego to be with his fiancée and start his new life away from his home in the San Fernando Valley. During his free time, Aleksandr enjoys spending time exploring new places to eat, live music, and San Diego Gulls Hockey games.

A Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) is a graduate of an accredited physician assistant educational program who has undergone testing by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. PA-Cs may do the following: conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medication, order and interpret lab tests, perform procedures, assist in surgery, provide patient education and counseling, and make rounds in hospitals and nursing homes.
