Dr. Kristi Parker is a Pediatric Dentist with a heart for children. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University in Nutritional Science and then proceeded to complete her Master of Science degree at Texas Woman’s University. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Parker received the Professionalism and Integrity Award for her dental school class. She has also received the Ninth District Dental Society Collegiality Award for her commitment to ethics and professionalism. After completing dental school, Dr. Parker worked as a general dentist in a family practice.
Her love for working with children motivated her to complete a dental residency program in Pediatric Dentistry. She opened Park Dentistry for Kids to help Houston children with their dental needs in a fun and nurturing environment. Dr. Parker has included Flossy, an emotional support dog, as a vital team member. She and her team have a passion to help children and are committed to providing excellent dental care. She is a member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Dental Association and the Houston Association of Pediatric Dentists.
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Parker worked as a Registered Dietitian. She continues to have a passion for nutrition and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. This passion helps her encourage and motivate her patients and their families to reach their oral health goals. In her spare time, Dr. Parker enjoys cooking and staying active. She also enjoys volunteering for a variety of organizations.
