Endodontics is the dental specialty concerned with the study and treatment of the dental pulp. An endodontist is a dentist who specializes in treatment to help save teeth. They deal with problems with the inside of the tooth: the pulp, which is made up of nerves, blood vessels, and other soft tissues. One of the most common procedures these dental professionals perform is root canal treatment, which involves removing the infected pulp of a tooth and sealing it up.

Devoted to helping the community, Dr. Bose has participated in several dental camps in rural areas as well as being actively involved in the community dental clinic at UCSF.

Aside from dentistry, she has two Bachelor’s Degrees in Music. She plays the Hawaiian guitar and has performed as an artist on All India Radio and National Television. She also loves traveling and has her own blog on travel and lifestyle. Her favorite place to vacation is in Italy.
