Their focus is solely on caring for the adult population (young, middle, and older adults, ages 13 and up) with complex diseases. This certification includes advanced procedures including but not limited to: Intubation & extubation, Lumbar puncture, administering conscious sedation, placing central and arterial lines, and inserting chest tubes.
