Get to know Physical Therapist Dr. Amanda Kummer, who serves the population of Davenport, Florida. Dr. Amanda Kummer is an established Physical Therapist currently serving patients at Carousel Therapy Center in Davenport, Florida. Dr. Kummer has over a year of experience in her field, with a special expertise in pediatric outpatient care. Dr. Kummer attended the University of Central Florida, graduating with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2017 as well as a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and a minor in Psychology. She has completed a number of advanced training courses, and remains committed to staying current with the latest advances in her field. Dr. Kummer was also elected Lead Clinical Therapist of Carrousel Therapy Center to allow her to share her knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion with the clinicals of Carrousel to ensure our patients are receiving the best quality of care. Dr. Kummer is a distinguished member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Florida Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Kummer also is the Learning Integrative Coordinator of Down Syndrome Foundation of Central Florida since 2016. She is dedicated to enhancing her patients quality of life, and attributes her success to the support of her colleagues, as well as staying current with valuable research articles. Dr. Kummer provides high quality and compassionate care to her patients of all ages.
