I am an empathetic psychiatric professional with a deep commitment to mental health care and nursing education. My journey has taken me through enriching experiences at Compass Health Systems and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and has culminated in establishing my own practice to provide tailored, high-quality care. My primary focus is on psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.

Beyond clinical practice, I serve as an educator, passionately teaching nursing students at the tertiary level. Guiding the next generation of nurses has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. A standout achievement has been supporting my students in achieving an impressive 99% pass rate on the NCLEX exam.

As a proud member of the American Psychiatric Nursing Association, the National Black Nurses Association, and the Barbadian Nurses Association of South Florida, I am driven by a mission to provide exceptional care while upholding the highest standards of practice.

My treatment philosophy is built on a foundation of empathy and compassion.
