Dr. Plummer was born and raised in San Antonio. He and his wife always knew they wanted to settle down in the central Texas area, and are thrilled to be raising their three boys in the hill country. He spends his free time building furniture as a woodworker, and aims to bring a high level of craftsmanship to everything he does - including surgery.
