Hello. I recommend that after surgery, you should start resuming normal activity of daily living as soon as possible, especially walking. Being immobile increases your risk of developing blood clots, or venous thromboembolism, which is very common with patient's with meningiomas. Recovery from craniotomy?
Hello. If you had a head injury, AKA traumatic brain injury (TBI) that requires a craniotomy, it is more likely the trouble with concentration is due to the effect of the original brain trauma rather than the surgery. Usually head trauma severe enough to cause a injury that requires a craniotomy will be at least cause concussion type symptoms, such as poor concentration.
