Dr. Steinhardt received her pharmacy degree from Purdue University School of Pharmacy, then went on to get her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her first two years of residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the UCLA Medical Center followed by her last two years of residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and her fellowship training in surgical pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, Massachusetts.
