Dr. Greschler is a Harvard-trained interventional pain management specialist. He believes in a comprehensive approach to the treatment of pain that is customized to each patient’s individual goals.

As the Founder of Elite Pain Care, Dr. Greschler is driven by his desire to help those in pain through prevention, treatment, and improvement in function without addictive medications. His clinical approach is based on doing what is right for the patient, as if he is treating a friend, colleague, or loved one. 

His clinical expertise includes the treatment of back pain, head and neck pain, joint pain, cancer pain, facial pain, nerve pain and a particular emphasis on cutting-edge interventional therapies, spinal cord stimulation, and minimally invasive procedures for chronic pain.

A native of New York, Dr. Greschler relocated to Florida to complete the prestigious Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami. Through this 7-year program, he obtained both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Doctor of Medicine Degree. He completed his anesthesiology training at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Greschler then completed subspecialty training as a Clinical Fellow in Pain Medicine at Harvard University’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, with experience at Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the VA Medical Center.

While at Harvard, Dr. Greschler participated in several research trials, including the development of a non-opioid pain medication that is the first of its class. During residency, he introduced an initiative to raise money for medical equipment for low-resource settings around the world, which has helped thousands of patients. 

Board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, Dr. Greschle is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). As the certifying body for anesthesiologists since 1938, the ABA is committed to partnering with physicians to advance lifelong learning and exceptional patient care. Its mission is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology. 

Interventional pain management aims to relieve or manage pain to improve the patient’s overall quality of life through minimally invasive techniques. The typical candidates for interventional pain management are patients who have failed to find pain relief with conservative therapies.

Throughout his line of work, Dr. Greschler has published numerous articles in the field of pain medicine, presented at national conferences, and has served as a contributing author of a textbook on head and neck pain. He is the recipient of multiple academic and professional honors, as well as a member of prominent anesthesiology and pain medicine societies.
