A graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Fauntleroy completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at SUNY University at Buffalo, where she served as chief resident and assumed leadership roles in promoting wellness among mothers and newborns. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Management Systems.

A junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), Dr. Fauntleroy is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Beta Kappa Chi Scientific Honor Society.
