I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a broad range of experience in psychiatry throughout the lifespan. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, concerning alcohol use, and trauma/PTSD unleash themselves from the harmful habits and narratives that have controlled their mental health, discover self-acceptance, and recognize their true value and potential. I provide a safe space for deep healing and life-changing care that includes medication, lifestyle interventions, sleep optimization, mindfulness, and more.
Together, we will work to develop a treatment plan that will support your overall wellbeing. Our work will be to integrate medication if indicated, as well as personalized holistic and integrative strategies and coaching. I am located in Rochester, NY, and I am able to meet with clients both virtually and in person.
