310 Thunderbird Dr Suite 1 El Paso TX, 79912About
Elisa Franco is an acupuncturist practicing in west El Paso, TX at Holistic Vitality Acupuncture. Patients are evaluated and treated on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Elisa completes evaluations by getting a thorough patient history and asking specific lifestyle habits. Then, places very fine acupuncture needles into specific points on the body. Selecting specalized points and correctly stimulating these points is how a patients condition is treated. Many patients fall asleep during a treatment and leave feeling completely rejuvenated.
My Intent is to enable self healing and balance back to the body. Using multiple modalities and an array of knowledge to customize each individual treatment. Implementing acupuncture, moxa, herbs, supplements, and exercise to modify lifestyle and stress.

How long does acupressure take to work?
That’s a great and very common question ! Everyone responds to acupuncture differently. It really depends on the problem at hand and how chronic /acute it is. Typically I suggest 4-8 treatments for acute problems and 12-16 for chronic problems. If the issue is a chronic health condition (stroke, any type of paralysis, or nerve pain) then acupuncture might be needed as a monthly or bi monthly maintenance. READ MORE
