About

Each individual has a story to be told; my approach to therapy is to meet the person where they are at without judgment, with empathy, strength based, person centered in a safe environment. I believe each person is an individual who has the right to receive services to improve their mental health. Each person has a mind, body, and soul that work together and cannot be separated; if something affects the mind it will also affect the body and soul.

I am a Licensed Master Clinician with her concentration in mental health and SUD who is credentialed with the State of Michigan as a CADC. I have provided services to groups, individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children from all walks of life. I have assisted clients with depression, ADD, ADHD, bi-polar, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, emotional balancing, anger management, disassociation, grief and loss.  Currently I see clients virtually, Telehealth, and do not offer face-to-face.

Maya Angelou once said, "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."  Finding a therapist you feel safe telling your story to can be scary; not telling your story can be agony. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so that you can determine if you feel safe to tell me your story.
