She is well-versed in cognitive-behavioral therapy (individual, couple, family, or group) to treat depression, anxiety, distress, relationship problems, and related lifestyle issues such as unhealthy eating, sleep problems, physical inactivity, stress, addiction, etc. that interfere with prevention or management of chronic health conditions. She is specialized in pre-surgical psychological evaluation for bariatric or spinal cord stimulator implant surgery. The chronic health conditions that she has experiences include, but not limited to, cancer (all types), heart diseases, stroke, diabetes/hypertension, overweight or obesity, chronic pain, insomnia, hormonal or immune diseases, women's health issues.
