- Douglas
Hi, I'm Doug Andersen ::::: I first met Christine Lindholm (NP) on Wed. 22 Sept. 2021, Scotts Valley Medical Clinic, for a routine health evaluation examination. She made me feel relaxed and comfortably and fits the kind of person you are hoping will end up being your main care giver, outside of your doctor. Covered all bases. She got me started on a higher ( 75mg ) dose of Losartan because my blood pressure was staying at 160 plus on 4 readings. Today, five days later, it's 131 over 72 with a 78 pulse. Has been in the 130 range since taking the new dose. Oh, I've cut down on sugar intake and have changed my diet. More in line with Dash Diet that Christine recommends. Btw, I'm 82 and basically doing well. She has me going back for more blood work to see if I might be diabetic. I go back to her within two weeks for further evaluation.T The five stars could easily have been ten. Doug 27 Sept. 2021 Monday 03:30 pm
