Dr. Sackey specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions associated with the neuromusculoskeletal system, while improving each patient’s functionality and quality of life. Conditions treated include sciatica, neck pain, and arthritis pain, among many others. Dr. Sackey seeks to reduce pain and discomfort through manipulation and adjustment of the spine.
A native of Ghana, West Africa is a Board Certified Chiropractor licensed to practice in Montclair, New Jersey and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Dr. Sackey received his Associate of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Essex County College, a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University (Summa Cum Laude), a Master’s of Science in Human Clinical Nutrition (Magna Cum Laude) and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from University of Bridgeport Nutrition Institute and Chiropractic College respectively. Dr. Sackey has had the privilege of doing his clinical training at the University of Bridgeport Health Clinic, Zilahy Wellness-Watertown and St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut respectively. His academic achievements include Dr. Richard Moss Nutrition Scholarship recipient (2014), Association of New Jersey Chiropractors Scholarship recipient (2016), Board Certified Part I-IV for the National Boards of Chiropractic Examiners (2016).
Dr. Sackey uses a variety of non-invasive modalities and physical treatments. He is also specialized in rehabilitation, soft tissue techniques, and orthotics. Dr. Sackey also utilizes various modern techniques along with Chiropractic Manipulation therapy, as well as nutrition to help patients reach their optimal health.
Dr. Sackey is delighted to be part of the team at Davis Integrated Medicine and strongly believes that the holistic approach to healthcare is the future. Dr. Sackey is a father to a beautiful daughter, an avid traveler, scuba diver, reader, teacher, soccer player, and loves fitness.
