Through weekly sessions, Debbie will guide you through addressing specific concerns in counseling or tackling deeper issues in therapy. Treatment will be focused on making significant, positive changes in your overall mental well-being.

Debbie creates a safe environment where people feel validated and encouraged during the very personal therapeutic process. A graduate from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL, Debbie has been in practice for almost 20 years. She has had a variety of professional experiences including working with DCS families, families with children who have developmental delays/disabilities, adolescent group home residents and therapeutic day school students. She has been in private practice since 2005.

Debbie is trained in several treatment modalities and utilizes a strength-based approach in treatment. She also understands that it can be difficult taking that first step in asking for help, however you will quickly discover that it was worth taking the chance by the end of the first session.

Conveniently location downtown Valparaiso. (Telehealth services also available for Indiana and Illinois residents as insurance allows). Most commercial insurances are accepted and a discounted self pay option is also offered.
