Is depression serious?
The answer depends upon the cause of this emotion and its duration. If short term due to a life event no treatment is normally required. If many months duration, suicidal thoughts, or disabilities due to the mood change then yes treatment is indicated. This is an interesting question as there are very few who understand how cannabis molecules work in the body. However the use of this product if you found it once beneficial may be to stop. There is no danger in stopping. If anxiety or other symptoms you were treating return start with a low dose about a week of so later. Try to maintain a balanced modest intake going forward. In the double blind placebo controlled clinical trials I conducted several antidepressants helped alleviate symptoms of anxiety. As do all psychotropics there are possible side effects and Effexor can be difficult to stop without the help of an experienced doctor. Neither are to be stopped suddenly although not dangerous the symptoms of withdraw can be challenging. For anger many find Zolaft and Prozac most helpful. READ MORE

If also depressed with Panic many patients find Paxil works over time once on it for weeks. READ MORE
