Can I lose weight while pregnant?

Women who are starting with a higher BMI may actually see weight loss in the beginning of pregnancy as they exercise and eat healthy. By the end of pregnancy, we like to see weight gain no matter your starting BMI. Ask your doctor about the recommended weight gain for your pregnancy! READ MORE
