Still University of Health Science after earning his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in physician assistant studies at The University of Nebraska Medical Center–Lincoln. Throughout his healthcare career, Dr. Kielman has worked in various roles and, over the past 10-plus years, has worked primarily as a sexual medicine and hormone specialist. Dr. Kielman gained his expertise through training with the absolute best in the field, including Dr. Rand McClain, Dr Larry Lipshultz, Dr Alex Pastuszak, as well as constant study and review of current studies, techniques, and tactics. Dr. Kielman is a member of multiple organizations that specialize in this field, including the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the American Urological Association, the International Society of Sexual Medicine, and the American Society of Andrology, among others. He is happy to provide his expertise to help patients find relief from pain, limited mobility, and other health issues that prevent them from living their life to the fullest.
The Regenerative & Sports Medicine team has extensive experience diagnosing and treating men’s and women’s health conditions, including low testosterone and menopause symptoms. They perform comprehensive hormone testing to determine whether patients have any imbalances, then resolve them using treatments like testosterone injections, creams, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
In addition to their expertise in hormone therapy, they offer ketamine therapy for patients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). At the practice, they also specialize in sports injury recovery, helping athletes of all abilities return to an active life.
Pertaining to his educational background, Todd earned both his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Science degrees in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Nebraska Medical Center–Lincoln.

Throughout his career in healthcare, Todd has worked in a variety of roles, including serving as a sexual medicine and hormone specialist. He is skilled in treating hormone imbalance, erectile dysfunction, overactive bladder, hypogonadism, and weight management issues.
While he enjoys helping patients enhance their health and wellness with therapies like HRT, he can also address chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
In affiliation with multiple organizations, Todd is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the American Urological Association, the International Society of Sexual Medicine, and the American Society of Andrology.
